RIAPRIAMO IL CASO DI BRANDON LEE!  Questo sito, in collaborazione con il Blog dedicato a Brandon Lee, si fanno promotori di una raccolta firme che si propone di far sentire, per la prima volta in maniera forte e chiara, la voce dei tantissimi fans di Brandon Lee in tutto il mondo.
Sono passati ben 14 anni dalla sua tragica scomparsa, ma, tutt'oggi, non esistono colpevoli e ne, tantomeno, sono state attribuite delle responsabilità. Il caso di Brandon Lee è stato archiviato dalla polizia di Wilmington poichè, ciò che accadde quel maledetto 31 marzo 1993 sul set del film Il Corvo, venne superficialmente definito un "banale incidente".
La giovane vita di un promettente attore che, con forza e determinazione, si accingeva meritatamente a aggiungersi tra le stelle del cinema, è diventato il caso 065002, un fascicolo vecchio e impolverato negli archivi del comando di polizia di Wilmington e lì dimenticato.
Noi non siamo affatto daccordo con questo comportamento e riteniamo inaccettabile che una fine così tanto atroce non sia degna di maggiore considerazione e rispetto o umanità, per dirla con tutta franchezza.
Pretendiamo maggiore chiarezza perchè i numerosi ammiratori di Brandon Lee, da tutto il mondo gridano giustizia e soprattutto vogliono che la memoria di Brandon Lee venga rispettata e onorata finalmente.
Non vogliamo vendetta, non vogliamo un colpevole da mettere alla gogna, non cerchiamo giustizia perchè si tratta del famoso Brandon Lee.
Noi desideriamo giustizia nei riguardi di un essere umano, prima che di un attore e siamo motivati da grande ammirazione nei suoi riguardi ma soprattutto da una forte civiltà, umanità e senso di rispetto verso chi non c'è più che non può e non deve essere dimenticato. Ci sentiamo toccati nel profondo da questa storia e la nostra coscienza ci porta a volerci vedere chiaro.
Il nostro pensiero è che dietro alla morte di Brandon Lee si celino verità scomode, omertà e tanta superficialià, per non parlare dei meccanismi pubblicitari e dei relativi vantaggi economici che sono derivati da questa tragica storia. E' il momento di parlar chiaro, di fare chiarezza e di smetterla di sfuggire alla verità.
Non vogliamo sostituirci alla famiglia Lee e permetterci di dire o fare cose che possano urtare la loro sensibilità, cerchiamo solo di dimostrare il fatto che l'amore e il rispetto verso chi non c'è più, possano manifestarsi anche in questo modo.
Il silenzio si è fatto sentire abbastanza, e noi, onestamente, non ne possiamo più.
Alcuni (dei tanti) buoni motivi per firmare la nostra petizione:
1)Che fine ha fatto il filmato in cui si riprende la scena dello sparo? Se è vero che venne subito sequestrato, perchè inventare mille versioni inuliti? Pubblicità?
2)Perché ancora non è chiaro chi abbia soccorso Brandon quando venne colpito? Possibile che le versioni siano così contrastanti, se i testimoni erano numerosissimi tra attori e staff del film? Anche perché non vale la scusa dello “shock generale” poiché apparentemente Brandon si accasciò al suolo come da copione…
3)Perchè Brandon non portava una protezione mentre girava la scena?
4)Massee ha sparato ma chi ha caricato la pistola? Come mai è stato scagionato? Si paga solo la volontà di arrecare un danno o la premeditazione. Chi sbaglia (ammesso che avesse sbagliato) viene perdonato. Che logica è?
5)Come mai si dice ancora che Brandon è stato colpito da una scheggia di proiettile quando i referti medici parlano chiaramente e inequivocabilmente di Wsg (GUNSHOT WOUND).
6)Perchè la pistola del film era stata caricate con proiettili veri?
7)Perchè il funerale di Brandon Lee si è svolto in gran segreto mentre a quello di Bruce presenziarono folle immense di ammiratori?Cosa c'era da nascondere?
8)(...) Il 31 marzo 1993 muore durante le riprese de Il corvo (The crow), a causa di un bossolo di un'arma caricata a salve. L'arma, usata precedentemente in altre scene del film, non era stata ripulita dall'armiere e quindi al suo interno vi rimase un frammento del colpo a salve precedentemente sparato. Un terribile incidente che mise sotto accusa per negligenza la produzione (rea di aver ignorato elementari misure di sicurezza sul set, tra cui quella di non puntare mai le pistole direttamente sugli attori) e destò scalpore nella comunità hollywoodiana. Tuttavia un cospicuo risarcimento dei produttori alla famiglia di Brandon, evitò quella che poteva profilarsi come un'indagine più approfondita per omicidio colposo. This Site, in collaboration with the Blog devoted to Brandon Lee, are made promoters of a harvest signatures that it proposes to make to feel, for the first time in strong and clear way, the voice of the fanses of Brandon Lee all over the world.
They are passed well 14 years from his tragic disappearance, but, today don't exist guilty and responsibilities. The case of Brandon Lee has been filed by the police of Wilmington because, what happened on 31 March 1993 on the set of the film The Crow, was superficially defined "banal accident."
The young life of a promising actor that, with strength and determination, wanted to add himself among the stars of the cinema, has become the case 065002, an old issue in the files of the command of police of Wilmington and there forgotten.
We are not at all agree with this behavior and we hold unacceptable that an end so much atrocious is not worthy of great consideration and respect or humanity. We pretend great clarity because the numerous admirers of Brandon Lee, from the whole world shout justice and above all they want the memory of Brandon Lee to be respected and honorable finally. We don't want revenge, we don't want a guilty to hate, we don't seek justice for "the famous Brandon Lee". We desire justice in the respects of a human being, before of an actor and we are motivated from great admiration in his respects but above all from a strong civilization, humanity and sense of respect verse a young victim that we will never forget. We are touched in the depth of own hearts from this history and our conscience brings us to want to see clear.
Our thought is that behind the death of Brandon Lee there are uncomfortable truths, conspiracy of silence and so much superficiality, advertising mechanisms and economic advantages that are derived from this tragic history. Stop with the silcence, we want the truth. We don't want to replace us with the family Lee and to say or to make things that their sensibility can bump, we want only to show the fact that the love and the respect verse someone that is missed, can also be revealed in this way. The silence is made to feel enough, and we, honestly are not able of it, no more.
Some (of the so many) good motives to sign our petition:
1) Where is the tape where Brandon was killed? If is true that it was suffered seized, whether to invent thousand versions? Publicity?
2) Why is not clear who Brandon has assisted when he was struck? It's possible that the versions are so conflicting, if the witnesses were numerous between actors and staff of the film?
3) Why Brandon didn't bring a protection while it was turning the scene?
4) Massee has shot but who has loaded the gun? How come has he been excused? You pays only the wish to bring a damage or the premeditation. Who is wrong (admitted that he had been wrong) he is forgiven? What logic is it?
5) How come it is still said that Brandon has been stricken from a splinter of bullet when the medical reports clearly speak and unequivocally of Wsg (GUNSHOT WOUND).
6) Why the gun of the film had been loaded with true bullets?
7)Why the funeral of Brandon Lee is developed in big secret?What was there to hide?
8)(...) March 31 st 1993 dies during the filming of The crow, because of a box of a weapon loaded to hi. The weapon, previously used in other scenes of the film, wasn't polished up and inside a fragment of the salutes hit previously remained you shot. A terrible accident that put under accusation for negligence the production (guilty to have ignored elementary safety measures on the set, among which that not to directly aim never the guns at the actors) and it aroused sensation in the community of Hollywood. Nevertheless a conspicuous reimbursement of the producers to the family of Brandon, avoided that that could stand out as an investigation more deepened for manslaughter.
